Vacancies Announcement in Khartoum, Sudan. E-marketing / E-commerce Manager for Rikaz Group
We are looking to hire an E-marketing / E-commerce manager to oversee the development and implementation of our company’s online marketing strategies. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and developing marketing, managing the company’s social media platform, identifying marketplace trends, coordinating advertising efforts, improving the customer experience, managing the customer order fulfilment and maintains the technology plans. Also, he / she must administer the peripheral devices in the office like computers, printers, etc.
The responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1. Keep developing and managing the websites of the company (WordPress). Along with its acquired Plug-in.
2. Keep developing and managing the mini websites of Alibaba and also posting products and replying to customers inquires in Alibaba store.
3. Managing our accounts in different B2 B online platforms.
4. Managing google ads campaigns and monitoring website visits.
5. Collect the samples of the products from the market and take pictures of it.
6. Good knowledge with Photography and Adobe Photoshop.
7. Design posters and ads banners for social media and product promotion.
8. Products data gathering from the internet, market and Sudanese Standard and Metrology organization or in any international or local organization.
9. List our products in our website and Alibaba, and update product’s information regularly.
10. Manage our social media accounts and make sure to keep it updated.
11. Ensure the security of data, network access and backup systems. And ensure that all employees have the technology they need to get their job done, providing them with reliable laptop and internet access.
12. Manage, launch and implement bulk email marketing campaigns (with mailchimp), build mailing list (Leads) for targeted clients.
13. Replying to client’s emails, send them invoices and make sales with them.
14. Improve his/her knowledge by himself from the internet and any technical support that’s available to us.
15. Other internal managerial tasks.
Minimum requirements:
1. University degree in information systems or equivalent.
2. Intensive knowledge in WordPress along with its Plug-In like WooCommerce.
3. Good knowledge in HTML, php, css, photography and adobe photoshop.
4. Good English language skills.
5. Good knowledge in Website security SSL and website backup.
Conditions:
1. The salary will be determined upon the qualifications and the work experience of the candidate.
2. Three months probationary period.
3. The announcement will remain open until the end of September 2022 or until the vacancies get occupied.
